Sandpaper Fig is an native fruiting tree that gets its name from its rough textured leaves. The ancient fig tree produces a very sweet fruit growing to 2cm in diameter that can be eaten fresh, dried or cooked. Sandpaper Fig is generally a hardy species and adapts well to a wide range of habitats. It attracts birds, bees, insects and lizards making it a great addition to the garden.

Correa Glabra has dense, small-leaf, green foliage and produces a variety of colours when flowering: white, green-white or pink and white bi-colour. The bell-shaped flowers appear throughout autumn and winter attracting birds and insects. Its upright, spreading habit makes it a popular choice for use as a low hedge and looks fantastic as an informal border or planted under trees that provide dappled sunlight.

Callistemon Purple Splendour is a relatively compact bottlebrush with an abundance of brilliant purple flower heads in spring with a follow-up flush in autumn. The new foliage is a soft pink colour. Naturally open in habit, prune Purple Splendour regularly to encourage more dense growth and even more flowers.

It's a bit of a mystery how Callistemon Lavender Showers got its name, as its bottlebrush blooms are a vibrant hot pink - not lavender! This bushy callistemon flowers in spring and summer, and the flowers provide a striking contrast against the lavender-grey new foliage. Lavender Showers is a fantastic bird-and-bee-attracting native shrub for hedging or borders. Prune after flowering to promote another flush of colour and feed with a native fertiliser annually.

Boronia Magenta Stars is a superbly fragrant, evergreen shrub that features masses of beautiful magenta star-shaped flowers in spring. It is a colourful feature that compliments mixed garden beds and borders. Magenta Stars is perfect as a cut flower specimen for indoor decoration. Regular watering during dry periods will see the shrub performing to its best, and a light prune after flowering will keep the boronia nicely compact.

Correa alba PBR Coastal Pink tm is a native flowering shrub forming a nice rounded mound with attractive blue-green foliage. Delicate pink, bell-shaped flowers appear in profusion from autumn to spring with spot-flowering all year round. It has a strong growth habit that landscapers will love, along with its ability to work in coastal situations. Coastal Pink is a very hardy specimen and ideal as a low-growing border plant or hedge. A light trim, once flowering has finished, will help give the plant shape and encourage density. Follow with an application of a native slow-release fertiliser.

Callistemon Rocky Rambler is a compact groundcover with neat form and fine, almost-spiny foliage which emerges in pale pink fluffy tufts. Rocky Rambler flowers prolifically with bright red brushes attractively tipped in gold, and attracts birds and butterflies.
