Thymus serpyllum Pink, or Creeping Pink Thyme is a low-growing and strongly scented perennial with dense foliage and a compact growth habit. One of the most intriguing modern uses of creeping thyme is as a lawn substitute. Creeping Pink Thyme helps to support native bees thanks to its prolific nectar-rich flowers and its ability to withstand light foot traffic. It is a beautiful Mediterranean herb suited to rockeries, border edges and container gardens, and it can even thrive in balcony gardens. Thyme can be used at all stages of cooking: early for strong flavour in soups and casseroles, late for stir fries and salads or as a garnish for any savoury dish.

Small clusters of delicate red flowers appear in spring, adding subtle seasonal interest before the lush foliage fully develops. Rubus Thornless Blackberry is a gardener’s delight — vigorous, productive, and easy to harvest without the worry of sharp spines. These hardy berry shrubs produce masses of sweet, dark purple to black fruits through mid to late summer, following a charming display of white or pink blossoms in late spring. The glossy, dark green foliage forms a dense, bushy plant that makes an attractive addition to the edible garden or a soft feature along a fence or trellis. For best results, prune during winter or early spring to remove old, weak, or damaged canes and maintain a tidy, open shape. Thornless Blackberries thrive with strong support and regular care, rewarding you with an abundant harvest year after year.
Soil: Well-drained fertile soil. If your soil is heavy or prone to poor drainage, consider planting in raised beds or mounds to ensure good water flow around the roots
Conditions: Full sun. While they are hardy in most climates, you may need to protect them from harsh winter winds in colder areas by mulching heavily or using row covers during the coldest months.
