Casual Part-Time Delivery Driver – Moruya NSW

Mountain View Nursery is looking for a reliable delivery driver to transport plants to customers across regional and metropolitan delivery routes.

Important requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be confident and experienced towing and reversing a trailer
  • Be comfortable driving in metropolitan areas
  • Be available for occasional overnight stays on longer delivery runs
  • Be physically fit and able to load and unload plants

About the role

As a Delivery Driver at Mountain View Nursery, you’ll be responsible for delivering plants safely to customers across our delivery zones. The role includes loading and unloading plants, securing plants for transport, managing delivery schedules and providing friendly service at delivery locations.

Longer delivery runs may require overnight stays.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver plants safely across regional and metropolitan routes
  • Tow and reverse a trailer or horse float confidently
  • Load, secure and unload plants, including regular heavy lifting
  • Manage delivery schedules and routes independently
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service
  • Represent Mountain View Nursery positively while on the road

What we’re looking for

  • Demonstrated experience towing and reversing trailers or horse floats
  • Confidence driving in metropolitan traffic
  • Availability for occasional overnight delivery runs
  • Physical fitness and the ability to undertake regular heavy lifting
  • A reliable, punctual and self-motivated approach
  • Friendly and professional communication
  • A current driver’s licence — essential

We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable Office Assistant to support our existing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, has strong communication skills, and feels comfortable helping with day-to-day logistics and customer communication.

What the role may include:

  • Responding to customer enquiries (phone, email & messages)
  • Assisting with order processing and admin tasks
  • Helping coordinate deliveries and pickups
  • Supporting social media/customer communication where needed
