Boston Ivy, Parthenocissus tricuspidata, is a hardy deciduous climber with outstanding foliage that emerges coppery red in the spring and ages to green as the foliage matures. When autumn arrives, the foliage becomes a blaze of magnificent sunset colours. Excellent for providing summer shade but letting valuable sunlight through in winter as the leaves drop. Best not grown on trees as the dense foliage can stunt tree growth and create long term damage. Prune back as required with heavy pruning in winter. Regular light pruning will keep the plant in good shape.

Conditions: Full sun to part shade. Drought, frost, cold, heat and coastal tolerant.

Rubus fruticosus Thornless Blackberry is a gardener’s delight — vigorous, productive, and easy to harvest without the worry of sharp spines. These hardy berry shrubs produce masses of sweet, dark purple to black fruits through mid to late summer, following a charming display of white or pink blossoms in late spring. The glossy, dark green foliage forms a dense, bushy plant that makes an attractive addition to the edible garden or a soft feature along a fence or trellis. The berries are perfect for eating fresh, adding to desserts, or turning into homemade jams and preserves. For best results, prune during winter or early spring to remove old, weak, or damaged canes and maintain a tidy, open shape. Thornless Blackberries thrive with strong support and regular care, rewarding you with an abundant harvest year after year.
