Crepe Myrtle

Natchez Crepe Myrtle is an ornamental, multi-stemmed tree with a broad spreading crown. In summer, clusters of incredible white, crepe-paper-like flowers are produced in abundance. The dark green leaves add to the visual feast as they transition into autumn, turning a rich bronzy-red colour before falling. The crepe myrtle tree brings colour, contrast and depth to the garden as the bark also provides colour as the tree matures, with its flakiness revealing the rich, brown underbark. Plant as a stand-alone specimen or as a feature en masse against a boundary line, fence or driveway.

Lagerstroemia Tuscarora is a stunning deciduous tree that delivers serious wow-factor. In late summer, it erupts in a profusion of vibrant fuchsia-pink, crepe-textured flowers with bright yellow stamens, lighting up the landscape when many trees are winding down. Fresh green, oval leaves fill the canopy through summer before turning spectacular shades of orange and red in autumn. Come winter, the smooth, peeling bark steals the show—revealing a beautifully mottled trunk in soft cinnamon, beige and red-brown tones for year-round interest. Flowering occurs on new growth, so winter pruning encourages an even more impressive display. Perfect as a feature tree, street tree, or landscape accent where colour and elegance are key.
