Acacia podalyriifolia known as Queensland Silver Wattle, or Mount Morgan Wattle, is a beautiful small tree or shrub that grows easily in most Australian regions, and flowers prolifically in winter with spectacular sweet-smelling yellow flowers. Even when not in flower the silvery blue colour of the foliage creates an incandescent display that stands out against green backdrops. Perfect for any native garden design, this acacia responds well to pruning after flowering and minimises seed spread as they can self-seed quite easily. This is truly one of the most beautiful acacias available.

Brachyscome Pacific Reef is a compact and hardy Australian native ground cover, prized for its profuse display of delicate, daisy-like musk-pink/magenta flowers with bright yellow centres. This low-growing, spreading perennial provides colour from spring through to autumn, attracting bees and butterflies to the garden. It's fine, soft green foliage forms a dense mat, making it an excellent choice for rockeries, garden borders, hanging baskets, and container planting.

Living up to its name, Mighty Bloom differs to other Westringias as it creates blooms almost twice the size to other varieties. Mighty Bloom displays an abundance of mauve flowers with pink dots from late winter to late summer against olive green foliage. This hardy, compact variety is great for hedging, screening, topiary, coastal gardens, native gardens, pots and containers. Old Man Saltbush is a fast-growing shrub commonly used today as a livestock grazing plant. However, both the seeds and leaves are viable bush tucker, with the leaves salty in flavour and rich in protein, antioxidants and minerals. The leaves are an attractive silvery grey and tiny pale flowers appear throughout the year. Old Man Saltbush leaves may be treated like a leafy vegetable, enjoyed blanched, sautéed, wrapped around meat or fish, used in salads, or for stuffing poultry. Alternatively, they may be dried and used as a herb or sprinkle. It may be grown in the ground or kept smaller in pots, if harvested frequently. With regular pruning, it makes a great gap filler or edible hedge.

Melaleuca linariifolia, 'Snow In Summer', is a hardy and spectacular large shrub/small tree with lovely soft foliage and a fetching creamy-white paperbark trunk. A dusting of billowing creamy white flowers throughout spring and summer, creates the illusion of fresh snowfall. A dense canopy provides excellent habitat for native animals and its high nectar-producing flowers attract fauna of all nectar-eating varieties. The bark of Snow in Summer is thick and spongy and can be peeled off in sheets, to draw or write on.
