Raspberry Ripple is a small evergreen native shrub with soft, needle-like foliage. The shrub produces a spectacular mass display of varicoloured spider flowers of raspberry pink and white from autumn to early spring. Dense in habit, Raspberry Ripple is a great native bird and bee attractor and is excellent for use in rockeries. It is a useful shrub where areas require low-level cover.

Correa alba Compacta, or White Correa, is an attractive low-growing compact plant with grey/green foliage and starry white flowers in late autumn to winter. The extremely hardy native is well-suited to native gardens, rockeries, understorey planting, coastal, groundcover, and mass plantings. It responds beautifully to pruning and can be shaped for formal uses.

Bush Bonanza Kangaroo Paw simply glows with an inner golden light. The gorgeous golden paws sit atop red stems surrounded by green strappy foliage. Flowers appear during spring and summer, and the more sun Bush Bonanza gets, the more flowers it displays. Feed with a slow-release fertilizer in spring and autumn, and prune spent flowers and dead foliage regularly. Plant as a feature in pots or use as a bordering plant in native gardens.

The winter flowering daphne is Daphne Odora, a fragrant low-growing plant and the most popular of all daphnes. Both pink and white flowering varieties are available, and this is regarded as the best winter flowering shrub of all. It's rosy/pink buds open to reveal splendid, waxy, white to pink to purple flowers that have a heavenly fragrance. They grow well in the garden and can also be grown in pots. This plant hates root disturbance so choose the spot carefully and plant it young. Feed with a light sprinkling of blood and bone every two or three months in the growing/flowering season.

Corymbia ficifolia “Summer Red” Flowering Gum is one of the most outstanding flowering trees in Australia.
