Phylica Hydra

Phylica Hydra is a striking evergreen shrub admired for its soft, feathery foliage in shades of lime green, silver-grey and blue-green, creating a light and airy texture in the garden year-round. From late winter through spring, elegant silver-cream flower bracts appear along the stems, adding further interest and making it highly sought after for floral work and dried arrangements. This hardy, low-maintenance shrub performs beautifully in a range of garden styles including coastal gardens, native-inspired landscapes, rockeries, borders and decorative pots. Soil: Prefers well-drained soil. If you don't have well-drained soil, create a mound for planting. 
Conditions: Full sun to part shade. Drought, frost and coastal tolerant.
