Citrus limon Lisbon Lemon Dwarf

Lisbon is Australia's most widely grown commercial lemon, but it's equally at home in the backyard garden. It produces medium to large fruit with thin, smooth skin, exceptional juice content, and a bright, tangy flavour, making it an excellent all-round lemon for cooking, baking, preserving, and refreshing homemade drinks. Lisbon Lemon typically bears one abundant crop each year, with fruit ripening over a relatively short period. Its thin yet durable skin gives the fruit an excellent shelf life, allowing you to enjoy your harvest for longer.  One thing to keep in mind is that Lisbon Lemon trees can be quite thorny, so take care when harvesting. Grafted onto dwarfing rootstock, our Dwarf Citrus will produce a more compact tree growing but the fruit will still be normal size and quantity making this tree very suitable for smaller gardens.

Soil: Well-drained soil.

Conditions: Full sun. Frost and coastal tolerant.
