The Nagami Kumquat is an ideal patio citrus with great foliage, habit and small, bright orange fruit through winter. A beautiful combination of sweet and bitter, Nagami can be eaten whole off the tree. The rind is smooth and sweet - eat the fruit whole or use in preserves, marmalades and liquors. Citrus are well suited to pot culture and it is recommended to use good quality potting mix. Fertilise monthly with a complete, slow-release, pelleted fertiliser all year round. Grafted on Citrange root stock 

Soil: Prefers a site with good drainage and moderate moisture through the warmer months.
Conditions: Suits a prominently sunny position. Shelter from strong winds. They prefer a frost-free environment although it will tolerate light frost once established.
