The glorious red and cream winter flowering of lovely compact Grevillea Winter Delight brings a beautiful soft colour to the garden in the cold months. The fine, grey-green foliage of this low-mounding, compact native shrub provides interest when the plant is not in flower. The grevillea can be trimmed back behind the spent flowers once the danger of frost has finished for the year. Feed at the same time with a low phosphorus fertiliser. It is an excellent choice for mass planting, poolside, coastal gardens and pots.

An Australian native, Agonis flexuosa After Dark is a variety of the West Australian willow myrtle. This particular variety produces spectacularly lush foliage shaded a deep burgundy, changing with the season with flushes of bright claret and purple foliage - deepening to dark burgundy in winter. During late spring, it produces clusters of petite white flowers that peek through the dark foliage. After Dark can be used for screening, trimmed as a hedge, or as a feature tree. It has a fibrous root system so it makes a good tub or container plant.
