Pennisetum alopecuroides (PA300) PBR Nafray is a non-invasive, mid-sized, compact, tussock grass with fine green foliage. From summer through to autumn, cream-to-purple-tinged foxtail-like, feathery flowers are displayed en masse within and above the foliage. Nafray is an ideal plant for specimen or mass plantings in residential or commercial gardens, or for erosion control and swathe plantings on roadsides or in parks. Reduce to a 1/3 size in late winter/early spring to remove old foliage and spent flowers, and fertilise with a controlled release fertiliser.

A vigorous climbing form of Hardebergia, Edna Walling "Snow White" delights the eye with light green leaves and pure white sprays of flowers from mid-winter through spring. Correa Dusky Bells or Native Fuschia is a dense, low-growing shrub with small dark leaves and abundant, delicate salmon-pink bell flowers through the colder months. The leaves vary from rough and hairy to almost smooth-surfaced above and slightly furry underneath. Plant Dusky Bells in native and wildlife gardens, as an informal hedge and in mixed beds.
