Illawarra Plum is also known as the Daalgaal, Goongum or Plum Pine. This species is an evergreen tree with dense, dark green foliage. Fruits may be picked from the tree and will fall to the ground when ripe. This species is dioecious, meaning you’ll need both male and female trees to produce fruit. To increase the chances of pollination, the best practice is to plant several plants or use them as a hedge. The fruit is used as a compliment for chilli, garlic, sauces and marinades, preserves, muffins, cheesecakes and fruit compotes.

The Spanish Queen, or Sevillano Olive, has evergreen foliage and produces very large fruit - up to 13 grams - with a reasonable flesh-to-stone ratio. The fruit is coloured green - turning black when ripe. Displaying silvery-green leaves and a dense canopy, it makes a perfect ornamental tree and is very useful for screening. The small creamy white flowers are produced in late spring, followed by the fruit. Fruit production can increase if planted with Manzanillo Olivetree. The olive can be grown in large pots successfully.

Psidium guajava, commonly known as the Hawaiian Guava, is an edible fruit-bearing evergreen tree with a thick, dense canopy of dull green, leathery leaves with prominent veins. It can take up to four years for guavas to produce fruit. Fruiting time can vary based on the climate, however many varieties are harvested in late spring or autumn. Guavas are ready to eat once the skin changes colour and the fruit has a strong sweet aroma. They are perfect for eating fresh or making jams, smoothies, or desserts. When mature, the canopy can be thinned to allow more light penetration, however it will still fruit well without pruning. Plant them in pots or as shade trees in the garden.

Fruit can be picked from as early as March when the little apples are fully grown. Due to Sweet Cheeks' dwarf size, it is ideal for container planting, small spaces and easy harvesting.
