The tall, slender evergreen Picea omorika Blue Sky, or Serbian Spruce, is valued for its graceful cone shape. It bears slim, cigar-like branchlets with intense, bright blue needles. The two-inch cones bring additional colour to the landscape as they start as purple but age to reddish-brown. Blue Sky is a stunning elegant specimen for a central lawn specimen.
