Nepeta x faassenii Walker's Blue
$20.00
Nepeta Walker’s Blue, or Catmint, is a big, bold and beautifully blue perennial that brings masses of colour and pollinator-friendly flowers to garden beds. This bushy, aromatic plant forms a lovely mound of soft grey-green foliage, topped with tall spires of rich blue flowers from mid-spring through to early autumn. Walker’s Blue is also sterile, so it won’t self-seed around the garden. Perfect for cottage gardens, mixed borders and kitchen gardens, Catmint is a fantastic choice for attracting bees and other beneficial pollinators. Mulch around the plant and water consistently for the first 12 weeks, then clip it back after the first flush of flowers to encourage a fresh second display. Apply a slow-release fertiliser to keep it growing strongly.
