Duranta Geisha Girl is an excellent evergreen vibrant climber/ scrambling shrub. Rich purple flowers with a white edge to the petals appear on long cascading stems, in spring and summer, followed by abundant orange-yellow berries in autumn and winter. Geisha Girl is ideal as a hedge or for a splash of contrasting colour in your garden. A vigorous pruning after flowering has finished for the season will promote bushy growth and a fuller flush of flowers next time round.
The leaves and particularly the berries of the plant are toxic and can be dangerous to children, dogs and cats.
