Agapanthus orientalis Black Pantha

Black Pantha is an elegant and stately agapanthus with arching broad leaves, black flower buds and deep blue-black flowers on tall stems during spring. The flower heads are large - up to 20cm across! Architecturally pleasing, they are fantastic for mass plantings in the garden for a splash of flowering colour through summer. Lift and divide when clumps get too large.

Soil: Well-drained soil. Mulch and fertilise when planting
Conditions: Full sun to part shade. Frost, coastal and drought tolerant.
