Acacia terminalis, commonly known as Sunshine Wattle, is an excellent choice for flower gardens, bringing vibrant colour during the colder months with its long flowering period. Named for its ability to brighten up winter gardens, this versatile native of eastern Australia grows as a shrub or small tree with an open habit. Its bipinnate, fern-like foliage adds beauty even when not in bloom. The flower colour ranges from very pale to vibrant yellow, adding variety and charm. It grows quickly, making it a great pioneer plant for new gardens, providing shelter for slower-growing species.
