Acacia Rainbow Wattle is a glorious native shrub that truly steals the show with its seasonally changing foliage. New growth emerges green before developing brilliant yellow tones and deep burgundy shades, creating a spectacular rainbow of colour throughout the year. From winter into spring, Rainbow produces an abundance of bright yellow flowers that add another burst of colour and attract pollinators to the garden. Once established, Rainbow is reliable in dry gardens and areas of low rainfall. It responds well to pruning when required, and the colourful branches can also be cut and used for indoor floral displays. Apply a slow-release native fertiliser after pruning to encourage healthy new growth.
