Leptospermum hybrida Cherish

Leptospermum Cherish is a hardy, medium-sized Australian native shrub prized for its profusion of large white flowers that blanket the plant in spring. The long flowering stems are ideal for cut flower arrangements and are best harvested when the buds are just beginning to open for maximum vase life. Rich in nectar, the blooms attract bees, beneficial insects and small birds, bringing life and movement to the garden. With its naturally bushy, dense habit, Cherish makes an excellent screening plant, informal hedge or feature in mixed shrub borders. Prune after flowering to maintain a compact shape and encourage an even more spectacular display the following spring.

Soil: Adaptable to most soil types.

Conditions: Full sun to light shade. Drought, light frost and coastal tolerant.
