Buckinghamia celsissima, or the Ivory Curl Tree, is an ornamental native tree with dark glossy leaves. An abundance of racemes of creamy white, sweetly scented saccate flowers clustered at the ends of the branches appear in autumn. It makes a stunning feature plant, suited to street planting and large gardens. Prune as desired to promote dense growth and flowering. Fertilise with a slow-release native fertiliser in spring.

The Dawsons River Weeping Bottlebrush is a vigorous grower and makes a great feature specimen, especially around ponds or other water features but can also make an excellent screen/hedge. Responds to light pruning after flowering to keep compact.
