Bougainvillea Bambino Zuki is a unique and compact bougainvillea variety that captivates with its claret-red flowers, highlighted beautifully against variegated foliage. New leaves emerge with hints of pink and green, maturing to a striking white and green contrast, making this plant a year-round spectacle. Banksia Bold & Gold is a small bushy upright form of spinulosa. With fine green serrated foliage and large upright yellow banksia flowers during autumn to spring, Bold & Gold blooms on mass to make a stunning display. As with all banksias, it is a food source for native birds and bees and will make a fine, low-growing screen or windbreak.

Kurumes are often used in Japanese-style gardens where they are clipped into gorgeous flowering mounds. Prune after flowering to maintain a compact shape, mulch well during extended dry periods and fertilise with an azalea-specific or a complete organic fertiliser in spring and late summer.
