Alyogyne heugelii East Coast Gem is a fast-growing, compact native with near year-round flowers of silky dark purple/mauve. It has a main flush from spring through autumn producing a stunning display of purple over a long period. Hardy and quick growing with an upright habit, Alyogyne East Coast Gem is commonly known as the native hibiscus with its furred green foliage providing the perfect backdrop for these colourful flowers. This evergreen shrub can be used in many situations including an informal hedge/screening or in native gardens.

Soil: Adaptable to most well-drained soils.
Conditions: Full sun to partial shade. Once this plant is established it will tolerate dry and light frost conditions, but over long periods of dry will require watering. Coastal tolerant.

Cornus florida Alba, commonly known as White Flowering Dogwood, is an elegant deciduous tree prized for its pristine white blooms. Banksia serrata, or Saw or Old Man Banksia, is a character-filled small to medium-sized tree with leathery serrated leaves and large, creamy yellow to brown flowers in summer. The flowers are followed by interesting pods, and the bark is quite lumpy - both of which helped inspire May Gibbs' Big Bad Banksia man. The plant can vary in size depending on the soil and its exposure. Banksia serrata attracts nectar-loving birds and other wildlife to the garden, and black cockatoos like feeding on the developing cones.

Grevillea Seaspray is the perfect native ground cover plant for Australian gardens. This hardy, compact grevillea produces clusters of vivid lipstick-red flowers for long periods during winter and spring. Acacia podalyriifolia known as Queensland Silver Wattle, or Mount Morgan Wattle, is a beautiful small tree or shrub that grows easily in most Australian regions, and flowers prolifically in winter with spectacular sweet-smelling yellow flowers. Even when not in flower the silvery blue colour of the foliage creates an incandescent display that stands out against green backdrops. Perfect for any native garden design, this acacia responds well to pruning after flowering and minimises seed spread as they can self-seed quite easily. This is truly one of the most beautiful acacias available.

Sterling Silver is a striking, spring-flowering acacia - a dwarf shrub form of the Coastal Myall Wattle. The broad silver leaves are a definite highlight making it an excellent foliage contrast to the bright yellow blooms in early spring. The acacia will become a sprawling shrub and it will respond well to a light prune to keep it from getting too leggy. Plant it on the edge of a raised bed or use it as a low hedge. Fertilise every six months with a slow-release Australian Native feed for best results.

Gaura Lillipop Pink PBR is a compact, herbaceous perennial known for its profusion of vibrant pink, butterfly-like flowers that bloom from late spring through autumn. The delicate blossoms are borne on slender, burgundy-tinged stems, creating a graceful, airy appearance. The flowers sway gracefully in the breeze hence the popular name Butterfly Bush which perfectly describes the plant resembles a fluttering cloud of pale pink butterflies.
