The blooms of this japonica camellia are absolutely stuffed with petals! Gorgeous pink upon opening and darkening to red-pink over time, the petal edges are lighter in colour. Volunteer is an excellent plant for container growing and would make a wonderful mid-sized hedge.
Soil: Prefers to be grown in humus-rich, well-draining soil.
