Compact, fragrant, and wonderfully versatile, Laurus Baby Bay is the perfect choice for gardeners wanting all the charm of a traditional Bay Tree in a smaller, more manageable form. The Dwarf Tahitian Lime is a popular small-spreading, evergreen tree with glossy leaves, some thorns, and fragrant creamy-white blossoms. The blossoms are followed by medium-sized, round green fruit with a thin skin and juicy, almost seedless acidic flesh. Fruit production is at its peak in late autumn to early winter in cooler climates. Ideal as a feature tree in a pot for courtyards or decks, or in smaller, Mediterranean-style gardens.

Soil: Soil needs to be well-watered, well-drained, and slightly acidic with no root competition. After planting your tree into the ground, we recommend reducing the foliage by a third. 
Conditions: Sunny position (6-8 direct sunlight). Cold tolerant. Protect from strong winds, especially during flowering or while the fruit is forming.

Hydrangea quercifolia Snowflake, an award-winning Oak Leaf Hydrangea, is popular for its exceptional double-flowered form and year-round garden interest. Super Screen Pittosporums are a faster-growing variety with denser foliage growth. Silver Sheen is an upright plant with striking silvery green leaves providing a reflective contrast in the garden. Super Screen Pittosporums are evergreen shrubs that benefit from light pruning to encourage shape and dense foliage growth. When planting in a hedge, it is best to space them 1m apart.

Pennisetum setaceum rubrum, or Purple Fountain Grass, is a graceful ornamental grass, with lovely soft, flowing, purple-tinted foliage. From early summer masses of rich purple coloured flower plumes are displayed. This exotic plant looks best when given space to sway and move in the breeze, making a relaxing sound. Fertilise with a slow release once a year in spring. Prune back every few years to encourage new growth.

Soil: Moist, fertile loams to clay loams preferring good drainage but tolerating poor drainage.
Conditions: Best foliage colour is seen in full sun but the plant will accept partly shaded sites. Drought, coastal, humid, wind and mildly frost tolerant.
