Enjoy your own homegrown apples in any size yard with Malus domestica Cumulus Dwarf Apple. Cumulus Dwarf is a columnar apple bred to grow in an upright position, perfect for small spaces, containers, pots, narrow areas and balconies. It produces large sweet-flavoured fruit of red on green stripes, with firm white flesh ripening in February-March. This narrow-growing apple is well suited to pots as well as the ground. Pollinators: Harmony™, Herald™ and Pompink™. Ideally suited for growing in tubs and confined spaces, as well as fence planting.

People love the undulating look of a beautifully grown Japanese temple grass and with Ozbreed Zen Grass® Zoysia you can achieve it. Zoysia is an ornamental soft low-growing grass with fine dark green leaves and dense undulating habit. A medium, hardy, evergreen shrub Leucadendron Cream Delight is a compact variety producing cheerful, bright green leaves. Flower bracts are a warm, pure cream colour later developing a soft pink tone as they age. They are ideal in mass plantings, general landscaping, native gardens, coastal gardens, rockeries, pots or as a low hedge. Cream Delight is delightful as a cut flower as the stems hold their colour for many weeks.

The Bay Tree is an upright, hardy evergreen tree with deep green aromatic foliage. Leaves are glossy and oval and hang from red-brown branches. In spring, yellow buds appear, opening to clusters of fluffy yellow flowers, adding a lovely contrast to the foliage. The bay tree is very slow growing and will only flower after 10 -30 years, with small black fruits to follow. Native to the Mediterranean, the bay tree is well known for its culinary use - the leaves are added to soups and stews. It is often used for topiary and can be easily shaped into balls, squares and low hedges.

An evergreen edible hedging plant, the Strawberry Guava tree has aromatic foliage and delicious fruit following large white flowers in autumn. The fruit will turn red to purple when ready for harvest, and the fruit ripens sequentially, so harvesting every three days is a good regime. The strawberry guava does not keep well, and once ripe, the fruit will need to be eaten or processed within three to four days. Fertilise in late winter, adding some sulphate of potash to improve flowering and fruiting.

Conditions: Sunny or partly shaded position with morning or afternoon sun. It can be grown throughout Australia and is tolerant of both heat and light frost, but may need protection in extreme situations, especially when young. Shelter from strong winds.
