Grevillea Mello Yellow is a spectacular form of the woolly grevillea which is a superb plant for cooler climates such as the southern states of Australia. Mello Yellow is a reliable evergreen with deep-green narrow leaves and a neat compact growth habit. Pale, custard-yellow flowers appear in autumn and continue blooming through to mid-spring.
It's a little shy to flower when young, compared to other mini grevilleas, but worth the wait for the unusual flower colour. Once established it is a very low-maintenance plant drawing bees and native birds to the garden.
