Albizia julibrissin, commonly known as the Persian Silk Tree, is a beautiful deciduous ornamental tree prized for its delicate, fern-like foliage and spectacular display of fragrant pink, silky flowers throughout summer. The Kanzan Japanese Flowering Cherry is a stunning ornamental tree originating from Japan and is also known as Sekiyama. Celebrated for its spectacular spring display, the tree produces an abundance of rich pink, double flowers that hang gracefully in large pendant clusters, creating a breathtaking feature in the garden. After flowering, the decorative foliage begins to emerge. The leaves appear creased with finely toothed edges and initially open in attractive bronze tones before gradually maturing to a deep green through the warmer months. As the seasons change, the tree provides another show of colour in autumn when the foliage turns to glowing shades of burnished red, orange and hints of yellow. With its elegant vase-shaped form and striking seasonal interest, Kanzan is widely planted as an ornamental feature tree. Melia azedarach White Cedar is a fast-growing tree with an attractive, densely foliaged, rounded crown. Native to north-eastern Australia, it is one of the few deciduous Australian natives. Glossy new foliage emerges in spring, accompanied by clusters of showy, fragrant lilac flowers. These are followed by hard, yellow-orange, bead-like fruits that persist on the tree well into autumn. While the fruit is poisonous to humans and some animals, it provides an important food source for birdlife. White Cedar makes an excellent specimen tree and is ideal for use as a shade or avenue tree in larger landscapes.

Soil: The White Cedar will grow in most soil types but does prefer well-drained soil.
Conditions: Full sun or part-shade. They are drought tolerant, able to cope with frost (to -8C) and can grow on the coast making them very durable and versatile

Falling Snow is a beautifully weeping cherry variety - its slender branches cascading like a waterfall of white blooms each spring. Caroline Blueberry is a Northern Highbush Blueberry - a deciduous, fruiting plant that is native to the colder areas of Canada & the United States. These varieties of blueberry plants perform well in Australia and provide a bounty of berries. Caroline is an early fruiting blueberry producing medium-sized, fragrant fruits with a beautiful sweet taste. It is a deciduous shrub with oval leaves, producing pretty bell-shaped white flowers in spring, followed by small blue-purple berries in summer. The leaves of Caroline take on attractive red-orange tones in autumn. Self-pollinating, but cross-pollination with another type with the same bloom time produces higher yields. Blueberries can produce an abundance of fruit over many months, keep them evenly watered with good drainage and use a low nitrogen fertiliser.

Soil: Well-drained acidic soil.
Conditions: It grows best in a sunny but protected position with some shade from the hottest afternoon sun during summer. Approximately 750-1200 hours chilling required for proper dormancy.

Mount Fuji Flowering Cherry is a graceful ornamental tree admired for its elegant form and abundant spring blossoms.
