It is particularly suited for adding a rainforest feel to the garden: as either a singular plant or planted in a cluster. This is an excellent plant to grow in a shaded courtyard, between buildings, or under larger trees near the drip line where it gets good moisture and afternoon shade.
Soil: Moist, organic-rich soils.
