Unit price perPittosporum tenuifolium Green Pillar is a fast-growing, attractive evergreen shrub. It displays shiny. lime green leaves resting upon almost black stems. The flowers, albeit small and dark crimson, do have a honey-like scent in the spring. Its compact growing habit makes it useful for both garden beds and a decorative subject in a patio pot or container. When planting in a hedge it is best to space them 1m apart. We recommend a twice-yearly tip prune - to promote lateral growth.
Soil: It requires good drainage but grows well in most soils.
Conditions: Full sun to semi-shade. Frost, wind and coastal tolerant.
