Acer Germaines Gyration is one of the more fascinating Japanese maples, prized for its naturally twisting and spiralling growth habit. This unusual form makes it an outstanding small specimen tree and a true feature in the garden. The fresh light green foliage provides a beautiful display from spring through summer before transforming into warm shades of yellow and orange in autumn. Germaines Gyration can be incorporated into mixed garden borders and grown in containers while young, but as its distinctive canopy develops and spreads, it is best given a permanent position in the garden where its unique form can be fully appreciated.

As the cooler months arrive, the foliage transitions to golden yellow and bronze, offering a striking contrast against its branching silhouette. Plant Crimsonwave as a captivating focal point to draw attention, or use it to add a splash of vibrant colour to a mixed border or rock garden. It thrives in containers, bringing its dynamic charm to patios, balconies, or smaller gardens. Ultimately, its compact size and captivating form make it a perfect choice for both large and small gardens.
