The flowers are composed of bright clean yellow bracts surrounding the central female cone on strong long stems. This is an excellent candidate for cut flower and foliage harvesting and look at home in display pots or garden beds. Prune Safari Gold Strike after flowering to maintain shape and size.

Soil: Well-drained native soil mix. If you have clay soils, use mounds to facilitate drainage.
