Scaevola Cobalt Candles is a vibrant Australian native groundcover prized for its intense colour and long flowering season. It forms a low, spreading mat of soft green foliage that becomes covered in rich cobalt-blue, fan-shaped flowers from spring right through to autumn, creating a continuous and eye-catching display. Cobalt Candles is especially popular for spilling over the edges of pots, hanging baskets, retaining walls, and garden borders, where its trailing habit can be fully appreciated. Scaevola Elite White Drift is an outstanding variety of scaevola with long-lasting flowers which will flower from the centre to the edge of the plant. White Drift produces white fan-shaped flowers which will appear on the plant all year but cover it from October to May. Once old flowers finish, you’ll find more new buds will push past giving you an endless supply of colour. White Drift is wonderful in rockeries, hanging baskets, pots and as a border plant. It’s low soft mounding habit is perfect for under story planting to give year round colour and durability.

Conditions: Full sun to partial shade. Scavoleas are very drought tolerant plants once they are established but they will perform better and flower more profusely with average garden watering and fertilizer twice a year. Moderately frost tolerant.
