Pennisetum advena Rubrum Dwarf, commonly known as Dwarf Fountain Grass, is a low maintenance, graceful ornamental grass with warm dark burgundy-red foliage and creamy-pink fluffy foxtail plumes. The flowers start purple and, as they mature, fade to a yellowish-cream colour. Rubrum Dwarf is perfect for rockeries, borders, erosion control, low-maintenance gardens, and containers. Fast growing and cut back in late winter to encourage new growth for spring.

Design your own summer flower carpet with Thymus serpyllum coccineus Creeping Crimson Thyme! This is a naturally low-growing plant from the Mediterranean with aromatic foliage and crimson-pink flowers on short stems. When we suggest that it makes a good lawn substitute - if you don’t intend to use the lawn much, or only walk on it occasionally - Creeping Crimson wiill thrive. However, like all plants, it does not tolerate regular foot traffic. This is a very useful plant for filling in between pavers as well as a ground cover.

Little Pal lomandra is a compact fine-leaved native grass with slightly weeping bright green narrow foliage. Little Pal produces nondescript cream flower spikes during spring. The clumping, grass-like perennial is perfect as a border plant, erosion control on banks or in containers. Prune after flowering to promote dense growth habit

Pennisetum advena rubrum - Purple Fountain Grass - is a beautiful, quick-growing, exotic grass ideal for screening and feature planting. The long, narrow, upright to arching foliage is dark burgundy-red to bronze in colour from spring through to autumn, turning a warm straw colour in winter. Arresting burgundy to cream foxtail-like flowers are displayed above the foliage from mid-spring to autumn. Fertilise with a slow release once a year in spring. Prune back every few years to encourage new growth.

Lomandra fluvitalis PBR Shara tm is a clumping grass-like perennial with narrow leaves with a slight blue-grey tinge. It has scented yellow to cream flowers in spring and summer. A good hardy and carefree plant for borders or containers, and larger landscaping uses. If growth becomes untidy, it is simple to cut back to encourage fresh new growth.

Miscanthus sinensis Hiawatha is a beautiful ornamental grass known for its striking, tall, feathery flower plumes that add texture and interest to any garden. This variety features wide, arching green leaves that create a dense, bushy clump, offering year-round appeal. In late summer, it produces silvery-pink flower heads that turn golden as the season progresses. A kaleidoscope of colours - orange, pink and purple - is revealed in the foliage when subjected to autumn frost conditions.

Lomandra Lime Wave is a soft, dense, weeping plant with bright lime foliage and vibrant yellow flowers, displayed along fine stems in spring and summer. Pratia pedunculata White Star Creeper produces masses of delicate white starflowers during spring and summer. It is a fast-growing, mat-forming plant related to lobelia, forming a dense, low carpet able to withstand light foot traffic. White Star sends out runners, and the leaf nodes will send down roots where they make good contact with the soil. Great for filling spaces in rockeries, edging in gardens or defining large paved areas. In a container, White Star will trail gently over the sides as it grows. Fertilise in Spring to encourage plenty of new growth.
