Eucalyptus botryoides, commonly known as Woollybutt or Southern Mahogany, is a small to tall tree native to south eastern Australia. It has rough bark on its trunk and branches and its foliage is narrow and dark green. Creamy white gum blossoms appear in summer and autumn attracting native birds and bees, and age into cup-shaped gum nuts. The hard, durable wood has been used for panelling and flooring, and the wood will burn well in the home fireplace.

Soil: A reliable tree and easy to grow, even on heavier soils. It does best on sandy soil but will establish and grow well on clay soil. Very useful for creeklines.

Eucalyptus gregsoniana is a compact-growing, multi-branched snow gum with a lovely weeping habit. Thick, leathery, blue-green foliage contrasts well with the newly emerging, red-coloured stems and the smooth white to grey coloured bark adds to its appeal. White flowers appear late in the year around November, attracting and providing food for native birds and beneficial insects. Great as a streetscape tree or feature tree in a small to large garden.

Corymbia Precious Pearl Grafted is a spectacular small to medium-sized native flowering gum tree. This trim tree bears showy pink to white flower clusters during the warmer months. Eucalyptus nicholii Narrow Leaved Peppermint is a medium-sized eucalyptus with a neat pyramidal-weeping habit and attractive narrow, wispy foliage that is blue-green. Creamy white flowers appear from summer to autumn. When crushed the leaves have a strong peppermint smell. This species makes a beautiful ornamental tree in private gardens and is ideal as a stock tree, shade tree or windbreak. This scented eucalyptus can be grown in large tubs on the patio.
