Mission Olive is a hardy tree with silvery, grey-green leaves and a beautifully structured trunk that produces small oval fruit that starts green and turns black when ripe. The Mission olive's fruit can be used for pickling and as a table olive and is widely used to make olive oil. With a dense, evergreen canopy, they make a perfect ornamental tree in the garden or in large pots on courtyards or patios. They are very useful for screening.

The Dwarf Lemonade Tree is a compact evergreen citrus with glossy, dense green foliage, fragrant white flowers in winter, and bright yellow fruit that ripens through winter and spring. Its deliciously sweet, juicy fruit has a refreshing lemonade flavour and can be enjoyed straight from the tree without the sharp acidity of a traditional lemon. This dwarf variety is ideal for pots, courtyards, and small gardens, producing several heavy crops once established, typically from around three years of age. Like many citrus, it may have thorns, and its attractive foliage, fragrant blossoms, and colourful fruit make it as ornamental as it is productive.
Soil: Well-drained soil. Fertilise throughout the peak growing seasons.

Tasmanian Mountain Pepper is a tall, native evergreen shrub or small tree. This lovely example of a bush food plant occurs naturally in the cool, temperate rainforest areas of Tasmania, Victoria and New South Wales. It has distinctive reddish branches and smooth, narrow green leaves. Its creamy flowers appear in small clusters in September, with the female tree producing dark red berries that turn black when ripe in around March or April. The leaves have a hot flavour when chewed, and the berries are enjoyed by native birds. Both the leaves and berries can be dried and used as a cooking spice, and when milled, the hardened berries make for a terrific substitute for conventional pepper. Give it a feed with organic slow release fertiliser in early spring and late autumn.
Please note: You’ll need both a female and male plant to produce fruit.
Soil: Choose a free draining spot and prepare the site with compost and manure, then mulch well after planting to keep the soil moist.

Malus domestica Cripps Pink Apple is a compact deciduous fruit tree prized for its delicious, crisp apples. The popular Australian dwarf-sized tree was bred in 1973 and is perfect for small gardens and containers, In spring, the tree produces a beautiful display of white to pale pink blossoms, attracting bees and other pollinators. The delicious apple is ready for harvest in autumn and is blushed reddish pink over pale green skin, with dense, sweet, cream-coloured flesh. Cross pollinators are: Jonathan, Granny Smith and Cox’s Pippen Apples.

Conditions: Full sun. Well-suited to various Australian climates, particularly in regions with cool winters, which are essential for proper fruit development.

Hazelnut Lambert is a reliable, heavy-cropping variety prized for its large, sweet, premium-quality nuts. One of the most productive hazelnuts available, it produces generous harvests of delicious nuts that are perfect for roasting, blanching, baking, or simply enjoying fresh from the tree. In winter, Lambert displays attractive male catkins alongside small female flowers, adding seasonal interest before the foliage emerges. Although both flower types are present on the same tree, they bloom at different times, so planting a compatible pollinator such as Cosford, Red Adeline, or Wanliss Pride is essential for a successful crop. Beyond its outstanding nut production, Lambert makes an attractive deciduous tree with lush green foliage that turns warm golden tones in autumn.
