The Tahitian Lime is a popular small-spreading, evergreen tree with glossy leaves, some thorns, and fragrant creamy-white blossoms. The blossoms are followed by medium-sized, round green fruit with a thin skin and juicy, almost seedless acidic flesh. Fruit production is at its peak in late autumn to early winter in cooler climates. Ideal as a feature tree in a pot for courtyards or decks, or in smaller, Mediterranean-style gardens.

The Finger lime, known as Caviar Lime, is a native Australian citrus that produces delicious and iconic edible fruits. The fruit grows in long slender shapes and is filled with small round pink pearly segments that appear like caviar. The taste is an exquisite sweet lime. Finger limes will begin to drop of their own accord, usually between November and March. It’s important to wait until the fruits have matured before harvesting, as this variety will not mature once removed from the branches. The fruit is beautiful in summer drinks, desserts, chutneys, jams, and marmalades. Finger limes can be planted in the ground as a beautiful specimen tree or in large pots. Being a grafted tree, our specimens will produce fruits immediately without needing to wait the typical decade for the tree to mature to a fruiting stage.

Alpinia nutans Dwarf Cardomom/Cardamom Leaf is a small ginger plant with thick lush foliage. Small white flowers bloom in spring/summer - although its best feature is the aromatic and spicy foliage! When crushed, the leaves have a very distinct cardamom fragrance. The leaves can be used in desserts, and salads, to flavour steamed rice, or to wrap fish. The highly aromatic leaves can be used in tea, to make tinctures or infused oils. The compact growth habit makes it ideal for borders or under-storey filler and makes an excellent landscaping and screening plant with its dense growth habit. Also known as the Calamansi Tree, the Calamondin is a popular citrus tree that produces small, tangy fruits rich in vitamin C. Commonly cultivated in the Philippines, it is cherished for both its ornamental beauty and culinary versatility. Glossy green foliage and fragrant white blossoms make it an attractive addition to gardens, patios, and indoor spaces. The Calamondin typically begins fruiting around three years of age, rewarding growers with abundant crops of bright orange fruit. These fruits can be eaten fresh, juiced, or used in cooking and drinks, adding a refreshing citrus tang. Fry the whole fruit, skin and all, in coconut oil to serve as a fragrant side dish with curry. Calamondin trees are heavy feeders—apply a slow-release fertiliser or Dynamic Lifter up to four times a year to support healthy growth and fruiting.
