Prunus persica var. nucipersica TangO’s™ Dwarf Flat Nectarine
$108.00
The Prunus 'TangO’s™' Dwarf Flat Nectarine is a compact and highly productive fruit tree that brings the novelty of donut-shaped nectarines to home gardens. Its eye-catching fruit features deep red skin over a golden-yellow background, surrounding sweet, juicy yellow flesh with a small clingstone. Renowned for its rich flavour and firm texture, the fruit is delicious eaten fresh or used in jams, preserves, desserts, and stewed dishes. This versatile nectarine performs especially well in cooler climates where it maintains a naturally dwarf habit, making it perfect for smaller gardens, courtyards, and large pots. In warmer regions it can grow into a more vigorous full-sized tree while still producing abundant crops. Fruit ripens from December in subtropical areas through to January and February in colder climates, extending the harvest season across different regions.
Soil: Thrives in well-drained, fertile soil enriched with organic matter.
Conditions: Requires full sun to maximise fruit quality and yield. Exhibits good tolerance to cooler climates and is suitable for regions across New South Wales (excluding northern NSW), South Australia, Tasmania, and Western Australia.
