Limonium perezii White Star, or Sea Lavender, is a hardy evergreen perennial with large leathery leaves. Clusters of small white flowers grow above the foliage on tall stems during the warmer months. White Star is excellent as a cut flower making it widely desired for use in both fresh and dried bouquets. Limonium is excellent for coastal planting and makes a teriffic border plant where the tall flower stems will attract butterflies to your garden. Deadhead old flower stems to encourage new buds. Divide the plant every three years or so to retain its vigour.
