Also known as the Common Rasp Fern, the Doodia australis is a lovely spreading Australian native fern that features attractive bronze to purple new growth, shading down to deep green as fronds mature. A small spreading fern, the deeply divided leaves resemble a hacksaw, hence it’s unusual common name. This fern is easy to grow and will add colour and structure to a shaded garden but is also at home indoors in a humid environment. Perfect for adding texture and vibrant colour to shaded garden beds and coastal landscapes.
