Kaffir Dwarf Lime Tree is an easy-to-grow citrus prized more for its aromatic leaves and fragrant rind than its fruit. The unusual green fruits have rough, bumpy skin and very little juice, but their intensely flavoured zest is widely used in Thai curry pastes.
