Chorizema cordatum, also known as Flame Pea, is a small evergreen Australian native shrub with leathery heart-shaped leaves and amazing orange/cerise pink pea-shaped flowers. Flowers are produced from winter through to summer. This easy-to-grow ornamental is suitable for garden beds, borders, and containers and will grow as a climber if given adequate support. Prune after flowering to maintain compact growth.
