The Red Champagne Finger Lime is an evergreen tree with small green leaves and creamy blooms produced in late summer and autumn. The flowers are followed by elongated red fruits. The luscious caviar-like fruit within is light pink-red with a tangy, intense flavour. Red Champagne will begin to ripen, but not entirely on the tree, throughout the winter season and early spring. Once picked, leave the fruit for five to ten days to completely ripen. Please note: finger lime trees will begin to produce fruit from the second autumn of planting.

Soil: Plant in composted, well-draining soil. Mulch in spring and keep the soil moist in summer.
Conditions: Will perform best in a warm sheltered spot in full sun. Tolerant of light frost and dry conditions.

Naturally Dwarf, Little Ruby is a compact growing shrub with deep green, rounded foliage and thorny stems. Little Ruby displays pale white-pink flowers in summer, followed by aromatic, green, finger-shaped fruits. Little Ruby will begin to ripen but not fully on the tree. Once picked, leave the fruit for five to ten days to completely ripen. Inside the fruits are filled with small pale red pearls of tangy juice, which have a wonderful texture and flavour. This fruit is great in summer drinks and desserts, and may also be used in chutneys, jams and marmalades. Both juice and pulp go well with fresh oysters, fish and calamari. As the tree has a slight weeping habit, it can be pruned to shape. Trees will begin to produce fruit from the second autumn of planting.

The Navelina Orange dwarf tree is a highly regarded citrus variety, prized for its sweet flavour and virtually seedless fruit. Orange Cara Cara is a neat compact evergreen fruit tree with lovely rich green foliage which holds its colour all year round. Petite white fragrant blooms appear in mid to late May. Following the blooms, medium-large rounded oranges with thin skin develop. The sweet, juicy, flesh blushes in colouring from deep pink to red. The fruit is seedless and beautifully tender, easy to peel and exquisitely delicious, with rich orange flavours and notes of raspberries and rose petals. They are commonly used for juicing and for snacking on raw, as well as in fruit salads, green salads, desserts, and sauces.

Conditions: Full sun. Tolerant of a wide range of conditions it will prefer a frost and wind-free position in the garden.

The Tahitian Lime is a popular small-spreading, evergreen tree with glossy leaves, some thorns, and fragrant creamy-white blossoms. The blossoms are followed by medium-sized, round green fruit with a thin skin and juicy, almost seedless acidic flesh. Fruit production is at its peak in late autumn to early winter in cooler climates. Ideal as a feature tree in a pot for courtyards or decks, or in smaller, Mediterranean-style gardens.

Soil: Soil needs to be well-watered, well-drained, and slightly acidic with no root competition. After planting your tree into the ground, we recommend reducing the foliage by a third. 
Conditions: Sunny position (6-8 direct sunlight). Cold tolerant. Protect from strong winds, especially during flowering or while the fruit is forming.

The Emperor mandarin is a classic, much-loved variety, prized for its loose, puffy skin that makes peeling quick and easy. It develops excellent colour and a rich, sweet flavour, with only a small number of seeds. Once mature, the tree is capable of producing a heavy crop of fruit that can be left on the tree and picked gradually, rather than all at once. It produces fragrant, creamy-white blossoms that give way to medium-sized, bright orange fruit ripening from June to July. Ideal for modern gardens, the dwarf form is perfectly suited to growing in tubs, espaliered along a fence, or in courtyards and balcony spaces. For best results, position it in a warm, sunny spot and provide regular watering during the growing season to encourage healthy growth and high-quality fruit

Also known as the Calamondin Tree, the Calamansi is a popular citrus tree that produces small, tangy fruits rich in vitamin C. Commonly cultivated in the Philippines, it is cherished for both its ornamental beauty and culinary versatility. Glossy green foliage and fragrant white blossoms make it an attractive addition to gardens, patios, and indoor spaces. The Calamansi typically begins fruiting around three years of age, rewarding growers with abundant crops of bright orange fruit. These fruits can be eaten fresh, juiced, or used in cooking and drinks, adding a refreshing citrus tang. Fry the whole fruit, skin and all, in coconut oil to serve as a fragrant side dish with curry. Calamansi trees are heavy feeders—apply a slow-release fertiliser or Dynamic Lifter up to four times a year to support healthy growth and fruiting. Prune in late winter or early spring before new growth begins to maintain shape and size.

The Green Finger Lime is a unique Australian native citrus prized for its distinctive fruit and exceptional flavour. The slender, finger-shaped green fruits are filled with tiny, pearl-like segments that resemble caviar and burst with a refreshing sweet lime flavour. Fruit ripens from late spring through summer, typically between November and March, and should be left on the tree until fully mature, as it will not continue to ripen once picked.
