The Corroboree Waratah is a dense, medium to large shrub that features broad grey-green foliage. It puts on a show-stopping visual feast in spring, attracting native birdlife and butterflies from miles around. The shrub produces beautifully formed, deep red flowers with a hint of pink that appear in masses, bringing a riotous splash of colour to any garden landscape. Corroboree is perfect for mass plantings or as a decorative screen. Its beautiful flowers are highly sought after in floral arrangements because of their long straight stems and the uniformity of their flower heads. It is recommended to prune cultivated waratahs heavily once they are established, after flowering.
