Syzygium australe Silver Streaker has beautifully variegated leaves, with hints of pink intermingled with patterns of cream, white and green. The foliage cover is dense and 'psyllid resistant, making it a remarkably hardy and unique lilly pilly in your garden. This species responds beautifully to pruning - increasing its versatility. Silver Streaker produces small white fluffy flowers in summer, then edible red/pink berries in the winter. Fruits can be used for jams, cordials or sauces. It is ideal for hedging, screening, as a feature plant, potted specimen and topiary.
