Prostanthera scutellarioides Lilac Splash is bushy evergreen shrub that provides a stunning floral pale to deep lilac display in spring, with flushes of colour all year round. Its lovely foliage gives off a faint mint-like fragrance when brushed against, or when the leaves are crushed. Place Lilac Splash in a sensory garden amongst other perfumed foliage plants or in the garden border as a filler. Also works well in native garden mixed plantings. The only maintenance required is to give them a good prune after each flowering to keep them compact in shape and promote better flowering next season.
