Every March, the Semi Dwarf Red Delicious Apple tree produces excellent crops of bright red, large, and crunchy apples. The flesh is greenish-white with a crisp texture, making them perfect for enjoying straight off the tree. These apples are medium to large in size, with a medium sweetness and juicy, highly aromatic flesh. For optimal fruit quality, annual pruning is required once the foliage drops in winter. This encourages a stronger branching framework, better airflow through the canopy, and overall improved fruit quality. Cross-pollinate with Gala, Granny Smith, Jonathan, Pink Lady, and Red Fuji.
Soil: Prefers well-drained, humus-rich soil.
Condition: Prefers full sun. Drought, coastal and frost tolerant.
Size: Height 3m x width 3m (Can be kept smaller with pruning/shaping)
