A striking Australian native, Leucadendron Summer Flame is a neat, compact variety producing wonderfully bright green leaves. The bright yellow-cream flowers with petals dipped in pale pink and deep red centres appear from spring providing months of colour. Suitable for cut flowers, leucadendron are equally at home in garden beds, rockeries or on display in pots and containers. Ensure an Australian native potting mix and fertilier is used if growing in pots, and select a pot with adequate drainage holes as these plants do not like to be waterlogged.
