Corymbia ficifolia Precious is a hardy native tree with a dense and bushy canopy. In summer, an abundance of bright pink, nectar-rich flowers covers Precious, attracting native birds from miles around. The flowers are followed by clusters of oversized gum nuts. Precious is a lovely garden tree - it doesn't grow too tall, and the low crown and spreading canopy make it a marvellous shade tree and offers intense colour closer to eye height.
