Citrus Lemonade

The Lemonade Lemon is a hardy, evergreen tree which produces divine medium-sized round, yellow fruit with few seeds. The sweet Lemonade lemon can be eaten straight from the tree, just like a mandarin or an orange. The sweetness of the fruit increases the longer the fruit remains on the tree. It’s superb for juicing, cooking and garnishes and is rich in vitamin C. Tip-prune regularly to keep new growth coming and the tree will produce fruit all year. Protect from strong winds, especially during flowering or while the fruit is forming.

Soil: Well-drained soil. Prepare soil prior to planting by digging a hole twice as wide and deep as the root ball and enriching with compost and pelleted complete fertiliser. Apply seaweed solution after planting.
